Our mission goes beyond paid services
Alongside our professional services, we run grant-funded community programmes, low-cost clubs and social impact projects. These are not add-ons. They are central to who we are and why we exist.
Why it matters
Belonging should not be a privilege
Many Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people face significant barriers to accessing support, community and wellbeing services. Our community work exists to remove those barriers.
Funded through grants and partnerships, our community programmes are free or low-cost and designed to be genuinely accessible.
Our commercial services help fund this work. When organisations invest in training and speaking, they are also helping us keep our community doors open.

Deaf and Disabled Community Club
Grant fundedA regular, welcoming space for Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people to connect, socialise and feel part of a community. Low-cost and accessible.
Youth Belonging Workshops
Grant fundedFree and low-cost workshops for young Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people exploring identity, belonging and self-worth.
Advocacy and Peer Support
Grant fundedSupporting Deaf and disabled people to understand their rights, navigate systems and access the services and support they need.
Community Wellbeing Programmes
Grant fundedAccessible wellbeing activities, creative workshops and peer support groups for people who might not otherwise be able to access support.
